Alessandra is a Registered Social Worker and is the Founder and Director of Aless Wellness Clinic, a virtual therapy practice based in Toronto.
With a background in hospital-based psychiatric care, Alessandra has had the privilege of supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments—whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Over the years, she has come to believe deeply in the strength and resilience that exists within each person. Her passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with that inner strength, build healthier relationships with themselves and others, and live more meaningful, authentic lives.
In her practice, Alessandra draws from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always tailoring the work to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. But more than any technique, she believes that healing begins in a genuine, trusting relationship—where you feel heard, supported, and never judged.
